1. General Terms

2. Account Registration

To register with Golobet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• If a minor registers using false information, all winnings associated with that account will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Golobet are fully secure and encrypted. Deposits and withdrawals are supported via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum single deposit depends on the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Golobet reserves the right to hold and verify payments in the case of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Golobet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which should be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and can be claimed once per IP address/device.
• To withdraw bonus funds, specific wagering requirements must be met (typically 15x to 30x).
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Cashback bonuses generally come with no wagering requirements, though terms may vary for specific promotions.
• Golobet reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on Golobet is conducted under specific rules. Each game or betting market is subject to its own detailed rules separately.

• All slots and casino game outcomes are determined by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Once a bet is accepted in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed unless a cashout option is available.
• Odds or payouts issued incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the status of the last confirmed bet will be maintained.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Golobet platform. Any involvement in these activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action where necessary.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to access or hack another player's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or tamper with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

8. Account Suspension or Closure

Golobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of any breach of the terms and conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If the member requests account closure themselves.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be charged on inactive accounts; however, no fee will apply if the balance reaches zero. Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to voluntarily suspend your account for a specified period.

• Dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through support, disputes may be referred to an independent mediator.
• The decision of Golobet's licensing authority will be considered final in all ultimate determinations.

12. Changes & Amendments

Golobet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified by email and the changes will be published on the website before they take effect.

Continued use of Golobet after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to any changes, you may request to close your account.
